Company launches new agency-insurer connectivity solution to increase automated data exchange across the insurance lifecycle
Tampa, FL – Oct. 15, 2018 – IVANS, a division of Applied Systems, today announced the launch of IVANS eServicing, an end-to-end integrated solution that enables insurers to instantly receive, process and respond to agency policy, billing, claims or payment requests. By automating the exchange of information directly between agents’ management systems and insurers’ policy administration systems, IVANS eServicing enables insurers to streamline workflows to provide quicker customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.
Key capabilities for IVANS eServicing includes:
- One-click agency inquiry: Enables insurers to provide agents immediate access to policy, billing and claims information, as well as make payments and complete First Notice of Loss, Endorsements, and Loss Runs directly within their management systems.
- Single sign on: Allows agents to access multiple applications with a single set of login credentials, increasing security and eliminating password setup and maintenance for insurers and agents.
- Insured bill pay connectivity: Enables insureds to access insurers’ bill pay website directly from their agent’s self-service portal.
“As our industry enters the digital age, agency-insurer connectivity is critical to enable seamless communication between each stakeholder in the insurance lifecycle,” said Thad Bauer, vice president and general manager, IVANS Insurance Solutions. “IVANS eServicing enables insurers to increase ease of doing business with agency partners so that agents can deliver enhanced service to insureds.”
