Click Exchange Login at the top right of Ivans.com. On the Welcome screen, select Forgot Password?, enter your email, and click Send Reset Email. Check your inbox for instructions.

- MFA Enforcement: Multi-Factor Authentication is required for all users accessing Ivans Marketing Insights™, Ivans Exchange, Ivans Bookroll™, and Ivans Download™ and must enroll with an MFA app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Auth0 Guardian, Microsoft Authenticator, Okta Verify).
- Admin Controls: Administrators are required to use MFA and can reset MFA for users in their organization. Global admins have reset capabilities for all users.
If you have “Users create/edit” permissions, you can add users to your agency account. Global admins can add users across accounts.

First, check your Ivans Exchange mailbox. If it’s missing, contact the carrier. If it’s there but looks wrong, request a resend or check your agency management system settings.
