Ivans Overview of 2024 and Plans for 2025

So, let's take a moment to reflect on all that we've accomplished together this past year and get excited about what's on the horizon.
Product Updates
Over the past year, we introduced new functionality and saw more agents, carriers, and MGAs embrace our latest solutions. Keep reading for a glimpse of what we released in 2024 and what we’re working on for 2025.
Ivans Marketing Insights
We launched two new products in 2024: Marketing Insights for Personal Lines and Marketing Insights Plus. In 2025, we look forward to improved speed and performance on the platform. You can also look forward to Premium Insights, a new dashboard that displays premium trends at a policy level.
Ivans Distribution Platform and Ask Kodiak
Ivans Distribution Platform (IDP)™ now offers commercial package bundling and instant quotes for excess and surplus lines. The platform also supports new business lines such as Cyber, D&O, E&O, Umbrella, Inland Marine, Professional Liability, and more. In 2025, we plan to expand support for commercial auto, allowing carriers to receive auto submissions from IDP partners. IDP saw growth almost double growth in every segment, including:

Ask Kodiak® was enhanced to allow you to define risk eligibility and appetite for excess and surplus lines and provide full support for NAICS 2022. In 2025, you can look forward to integration with Ivans Bookroll™ and Ivans Marketing Insights™.
Ivans Download
Notable updates to Ivans Download™ included the ability to search mailboxes by agency code and export a single transaction from a file. Feedback on the enhancements to Ivans Exchange has been very positive, with comments such as, “Being able to search by a Y account or by agency code is a significant improvement,” and “The 'Search All Mailboxes' feature has saved us a lot of time.”
In 2025, we plan to introduce a policy viewer in mailboxes and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for single sign-on.
Ivans Bookroll
In 2024, we introduced a new carrier interface with a new landing page and a refreshed book roll request, allowing you to select groups rather than individual NAIC codes quickly. In 2025, you can look forward to integration with Ask Kodiak and migration to a new Ivans user interface. Ivans Bookroll saw incredible growth in 2024, with:
