Seeing everyone coming together at the House of Blues at Insurtech Boston was fantastic. AI's Impact on Insurance Fraud

Joe Stephenson, a Business Systems Engineer at Lemieux & Associates, shared his insights on deepfakes and the process behind their creation. He provided some valuable tips for figuring out which videos are real, and which are fake, showing how AI is making insurance fraud frighteningly easy.

Networking

It has been amazing watching the energy and connections happening in our industry, and that continued at this year’s event. I love seeing how startups, carriers, agents, and tech firms are all coming together to tackle the challenges we face in insurance. The conversations are vibrant and inspiring, and it is clear that great things happen when we engage personally and share ideas.
